Ibis Birmingham Centre New Street Station Hotel, Birmingham

Having paid a high price for the room, I found it to be clean but small with limited amenities. The hotel's location was unbeatable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room a bit stuffy.

The hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spotlessly clean, the space was limited and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke lingering. The service was upbeat and welcoming, although a bit too friendly at times. The location was perfect for accessing key attractions, but not ideal due to the surrounding atmosphere. The dining experience offered a surprisingly good variety but fell short in some areas. Overall, a mix of positive and negative experiences.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were decent, but unfortunately, the noise from the corridor was disturbing. On the positive side, the service was top-notch with attentive staff. On the positive side, the service was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city center and train station.
